Forming a plan towards the health of your dreams
1. Clear out harmful
foods + habits
Begin with a focused plan of which foods and habits that need to be eliminated for optimal health, including "troublemaker" foods. This may be the hardest part - breaking bad habits. But with a clear vision of where you want to be both in the near and distant future, you will identify, remove, and replace these items with healthy, non-toxic alternatives.
2. Replace with healthy foods + habits
After identifying what needs to be removed, you will need to learn which foods and products need to be brought into your life and understand why these choices are so important. Once you do that, it will be far easier for you to see progress and the improvements you are looking for and then you can start improving the things that matter the most.
3. Support + motivation for long-term success
Self-development is not a static thing, but a dynamic process. Life is changing and you will also see huge changes in yourself and your health through your self-development process. So you need to constantly readjust your plan to be in alignment with the given conditions with support and motivation - and I'm here to help you along the way.
